The commissioning process includes configuration of doors, users, access groups, time schedules and permissions, together with the setup and testing of electronic locks, readers, controllers, gateways and associated network infrastructure. Where applicable, we also configure mobile credentials, system integrations and other Salto functionality to meet the specific operational requirements of the site.

Our engineers carry out systematic testing of each controlled opening, verifying communications, access permissions, locking functions and system events to ensure the installation performs correctly before handover. Any issues identified during commissioning are investigated and resolved to help deliver a dependable system from day one.

Once commissioning is complete, Loktec can provide administrator and end-user training, system documentation and practical guidance to ensure nominated personnel are confident in the day-to-day management of their Salto system.
