The felons attacked the ATM using an Oxy Acetylene torch and tried to cut open the safe. Luckily for the Bank, the ATM had Loktec’s ATM-PROTECT™ Body Armour panlels installed. ATM Security ram raid and attack update - On the 27th of January 2012 a Wincor 1500 ATM  was attacked in Manchester using an angle grinder, the thieves trying to cut through the safe door.
