ATM Security – GREEK BANK SAVES CASH with ATM-PROTECT™ - On the 29th January 2012 a Greek Bank’s remote ATM was attacked in the night. ATM Security – On the 27th of January 2012 a Wincor 1500 ATM was attacked in Manchester using an angle grinder, the thieves trying to cut through the safe door. The Wincor ATM was protected with Loktec’s ATM-PROTECT system, stopping the thieves from gaining entry to the safe.
