Dale Bradley, Bradford & Bingley, complimented John Hamilton’s presentation by outlining the Health & Safety requirements when providing a post robbery response. Tim Ramm, Regional Risk Director G4S, outlined the recent introduction of unique taggants in cash degradation systems. Graham Seaby, Bank Machine, explained the use of ATM safe re-locking systems, specialist site fabrications & fogging systems, installed by Loktec ATM security Solutions to reduce ATM burglary. Dick Hanks, BSIA, discussed current CViT robberies and recent reductions. Danny Gosling, Met Police Operation Vanguard, updated delegates on the successes of this London based CViT robbery initiative.
Graham Seaby security manager for Bank Machine Limited, the fast growing UK division of Cardtronics, the world’s largest ATM operator. Graham has a small team who provide security expertise for the UK operation, currently two and a half thousand sites. Graham provides strategic direction, drives forward innovative measures aimed at minimising cash loss, and thus supports business profitability.
Graham, on leaving behind a decade of globe trotting whilst a detective at New Scotland Yard, started another decade of travel as a consultant working principally in the airfreight industry, becoming Chairman of the Association of Security Consultants on the way. He was then tempted to join a major retailer, before taking up the current position three years ago. Passionate about making security work for the business, he has made a significant impact in his current field.
